Regretting buying Samsung Laptop ... :(

I never thought I would ever have to complain about Samsung until I bought my SAMSUNG laptop from Incredible Connection.

1) Online Technical Support (2 consultants) that I dealt with were CLUELESS and had ZERO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

2) This laptop / model is clearly DEFECTIVE as it is the 2nd one - where the paint is peeling off by the rightside of the trackpad

3) The trackpad freezes at random times - is it a Windows 8 problem or bad programming? Surely the trackpad and Control Alt Delete (to get task-manager) should always work...

NOT IMPRESSED

Really regretting buying a SAMSUNG laptop and will NEVER recommend it to ANYONE...
