The guys from ellies have been to my house 4 times in the past 3 weeks and they have been unable to get my HD working with my regular pvr - thye hafve admited to not putting in the right cables - they come to my house while i am at work and tell me tey have it sorted but when i get hme its not working . i am fed up . am paying them R165 per month fr line rental, and they cant get it sorted .every night i spend hours on the phone to dstv trying t sort out the problem only to find the instalation was not done corrctly.
