Not often that one has cause to compliment these days, but when it happens, we must pause to do this... SO... Today the AWARD for "Best After Sales Service" must go to SAMSUNG South Africa!!
We have up-graded all our domestic appliances to Samsung as we believe that they make the best and most innovative products around. And as sometimes happens a problem of two arises and one needs to make a call to get this resolved. Well SAMSUNG really came to the party, so to speak, and put their money where their mouths are.
