Have2have no delivery and no response

After having ordered and paid more than two months ago - still no delivery. I was fed a story about an an alleged "customs check" already on 7 November - and receive no communication or response to my queries. These people are online criminals!! I dont know if I will ever see either my money or my order. Its a disgrace.
