Etremely poor service

This company claims to do all sony xperia repairs I took my xperia z in with a cracked screen Which they were confident would be repaired the next day. After over a month and dozens of phone calls iv eventually retrieved my phone completely untouched. in all the time my phone was there i never recieved 1 phone call from them, i was told about 5 times that i would be called back in 5mins and never recieved any phone call. Every monday i was told it would be done on friday and every friday i was told it would be done on monday. This all after i waited 3 weeks for a quote from vodacom.
