My Samsung phone exploded

It happened July/August while I was sleeping my celphone's battery exploded on the spare pillow right near to my face. In such shock took the phone, pillow etc to my lawyer to open a case. He contacted Samsung, they sent couriers to collect the damage (we have photographs) and then they sent it to be analyzed. My lawyer has been dealing with a Mr Brett Dell about this case, but Mr Dell has been slack at attending to it. It has been a month already that he has not got back to my lawyer and I have been under alot of stress since this all started. I was in such shock and was renting a room in an elderly Lady"s house at the time and she was so angry at the fact the house could've burnt down she gave me notice. I am disgusted at Samsung that treat their customers like this. Anyone that can help me [lease: [Email Removed]
My lawyer has asked for a new phone and a small reasonable sum of money but they are not cared.
