Samsung tablet problem

Electronics and household app.

My tablet has had a problem from the word go; everytime I download a new application, i.e. whatsup or absa app; it i loose atlist three original apps. i took it to Darro electronics (same place you took yours). they promised to have it fixed in two day as i was going to travel on the third day, i got there nothing had been done and their explanation: THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE TOO BUSY. MIND YOU THESE WERE TWO PHONES, TABLET 10.1 AND AN S3 MINI (MY WIFE'S). i had to take them back and the first think i did when i came back was to take the tablet back because my wife was no longer interested in fixing her's as she has had a bad experience with samsung before. well after aprox 7days i went back, they were done with the phone but never bothered to call. i picked up the phone and it seemed to be working fine. until three days later, we were back to square one. same problem again. unfortunately it was after one of their agents had called me to see if it worked that i realized it is acting up again, otherwise i would going to court for language abuse... needless to say my wife is loughing at me as shes says: I TOLD YOU SO!
