Fantastic customer service

Two days ago I ordered some cables and adapters from [URL Removed] The order was promptly dealt with and shipped on the same day. I received the shipment today as they said I would. Unfortunately two of the products were not correct. However, Tangled and Elani at Tangled have been amazing dealing with the mistake. I would like to compliment her and the company on the phenomenal customer service. Within 10 minutes of sending the email I had a response and the correct products were shipped within 20 minutes. Brilliant! Thank you so much and keep it up
