I've been seriously disappointed in this companies service! I ordered a mobile phone on the 1st of october 2013 and transfered the money and everything. Next day I was suppose to receive it because they said I would get it the next day. I track it and everything was on schedule it arrived in cape town the 2nd of october the morning 10:00am, but now they had to send it to port elizabeth where I live. So the company contacts me and tells me my package is being kept back because import duties have not been paid of R3500! I mean GadgetsCmp was suppose to pay the import duties not me! Shockingly there companies money is tied somehow by there bank and has to wait 15 days for there money to be released or something! I mean really its a company how can they not have a R3500 to pay for import duties!!! So everyday the money accumulates because the courier company is keeping the items safe and they expect me to pay for that! What the! So I asked for a refund and to cancel the transaction I'm really not happy with all this! My bank will contact authorities and will track my money in case of activities or if the company denies my refund. That's what happened so thank you.
