Bad service ripp-off

I contacted Southpole Electrical Solutions & Refrigeration Repairs to repair my fridge as it just stopped working. they said there is no call out fees and, after listening to my problem the man who answered my call gave a a quote of R330.
Southpole Electrical Solutions & Refrigeration Repairs came out, removed a small pipe and charged me R660. the fridge failed to get cold at the top and the bottom was freezing very lightly for 2 days only, when it started defrosting on its own. I have been calling them none stop and Prince is avoiding me and appears to be running away. I lost meat worh R1000 and they are totally unsympathetic.
