Hitech lasers overcharge and under delive

My lasers hand piece got damaged in May and I had to order a new one from Hitech Lasers, it took very long for me to receive it and its still not working as it should... Every time its a struggle to get them to fix it and they charge me a ridiculous amount to come and fix it. Its a very expensive machine so you would think that the service would be good... It was good until they got me to buy their machines of R1.3 million now they couldn't care less.
