Atrocious customer services

Electronics and household app.

I have 2 problems. my 7 kg direct drive washing machine vibrates so badly that it walks about the scullery. 2 visits from their out sourced technician [approx] R750 later, endless phone calls, incompetent service and no one willing to take responsibility or accountability for their product. Their managers have full inboxes or are OUT, and no one gets back to you when they say so. The people who do get back to you say there is nothing wrong with the machine, and that the floors are the problem. Strange that my floors are the problem only in the last 6 months. They have a technical department with technicians and NO WORKSHOP. All this is evident as to why their service is so atrocious. I have an LG fridge that is at the coast and only gets used when holidaying. It has been used for 2 months in its 2 and a half year life. The wheel broke when moving it to switch it on, and it ices up apparently because the door does not close properly. All I want is a logical explanation [not one that insults my intelligence] and solution to repairing their product. Apparently this is an impossible task at LG.
