Why don' you guys come back to me a month down the

Electronics and household app.

Around February/ March this year I bought a Samsung fridge from you, it was the last one and standing on the floor.

After delivery to my house I released the "kickplate" under the door was not on and had to fix it myself. No problem, small thing to do.

Around 1 June I put something down on top of the fridge and heard it falling down, which sounded like a clanging noise going into the fridge. I stood on a chair to look at the top of the fridge and realised that here was no cover/ roof on the top and could see the inside of the fridge.

I immediately called your store and was told they would come back to me. I had to call again and give all my details but still no one came back to me. I then phoned the third time and to my horror I was told that in order for you to come to my house to fix the fridge, there would be a R 350 call out fee and that while it is under guarantee? I called for the third time on 30 July and spoke to Nolen who said he will get his manager to call me back, still no response.

Is this the way you handle queries, complains or repairs? Not a big thing, is it?
