Poor delivery instruction execution

Good morning

I am extremely unhappy the way my order was handled. I specifically asked to have it delivered at certain times as well as not to have any identification on the packaging. The order is a birthday gift for my fianc? living with me. RAM couriers delivered it to security who then gave it to her when she got home before me. It completely spoilt the surprise as she now knows what she is getting for her birthday. This was my first Apple product I bought and I must say I don't think I'll ever make that mistake again. The service is absolutely horrendous!

I hope that the necessary action will be taken.
