After my posting on Hellopeter, the Group CEO, Kaven Jimmy called and was very apologetic for the service I received. Blingstallation refunded me my R350 which i am very happy about. I am also greatful for the fact that someone (the Group CEO) made the time to call me to address thsi issue and relook at process on his side. Nice one guys!
