My Glaxy S3!!!

I was recently a victim of a Cell phone repair shop in Cape Gate shopping center located in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
My Galaxy S3 had software problems and I handed in for repairs at Digi Cafe, a Tech shop. On collection of my phone I was shown that the phone now boots up and after 30 seconds crashes every time, all the time! I said Im not willing to pay the R350.00 cost because the phone is not repaired and not usable at all to makes call's or to use any other function... I even agreed to pay the R50.00 handling fee. The owner of the shop started to have a loud argument with me refusing to give my phone back and comparing my phone to my wife if she had a broken arm and go to a doctor to be placed in plaster but after a week she complains about her other arm... I mean, what on earth is this man talking about! I observed the owner being highly disgruntle and there was no way of talking to him. (Shouting and performing in front of the clients and staff). I have done some research and I'm not the only person that's being rip'ed of like this! I have names available! Our devices are never fixed, but FULL Payment is asked for us to get our device. Lets make a stand!
