Bad service and broken website

I went to the Glen myistore and the gentleman who helped me was really uniterested. Istore is having a sale and the incase maki covers for ipad mini are on the website for R199. When I asked the gentleman he says that those are not on sale and I then asked him if they have the same prices as the website. He says yes.
Upon checking the website the covers are R199. I then ordered through the website. The order goes to credit card screeen and gets stuck twice.

Utterly useless and I will not be supporting you anymore!
