Purchasing a single track

Electronics and household app.

I purchase one song off the track PINK, which was advertises at R6.99 per track. Unfortunately, R40.00 was taken off my credit card for one track, and I have no idea how to query this? There are no recourse for problems like this. Where do I even start to lodge a query? Please help. This site is not user friendly at all and we as the consumer have no control over the automated payments made.
