TWISP - FAULTY PRODUCTS AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS

I recently purchased a Twisp E-cig from their kiosk in canal walk.
The atomizer only has a 28 day warrantee of which i was not informed.
The product started leaking before the 28th day and could not be used.
I took it back on the 30th day, 2 days after the waranteee expired. they said they could not replace it as i was out of warantee. i originally bought the kit which comes with 2- ecigs, the atomizer was faulty and leaking on both of them. I called head office and they agreed to replace the atomizers but not the whole unit. they replaced both.
They told me that i would not be able to replace it now even if it broke withing 28 days. Well, it has been 2 days since and both of the new atomizers are faulty and leaking. They either gave me 2 broken atomizers or they know that its a manufacturing fault, either way they are ripping people off. I will be going back to the store on Monday to ask them to replace it. If they do not replace it i will be taking this further.
