I took my Samsung Note 2 for an assessment on damage. Following this a mail was sent with a quote which I accepted and informed them to proceed and order the parts. The date was May 3rd, with complete silence from Samsung I decided to make a personal visit on May 6th. On this visit they confirmed placement of parts and notified me that delivery will be Thursday/Friday 9th and 10th respectively. With continued failure to communicate I once again dropped in, to my HORROR i found out NO PARTS were ever ordered. Every excuse was made to pass the buck instead of owning up to their negilgence. Had I decided not to go there, nothing would have happened and my phone would have been ignored indefinately. I sent another mail after my visit, no response, no apology...
