Still have not recieved any certificates or docume

I studied at Roodepoort College in 2001 when going to collect the documents i was told they were not ready, i then went back a couple of months later: same story, in 2007 i had to give the documents to my employer and they told me to pay a postal order to the GED which i did until this day they still have not produced anything and now they say i must go to the department of education in Pretoria to get the document which i have come to believe don't exist!!!
