Your systems are offline. My refund and de-registration has not been processed since the 12th of March. I cannot study through an institute that keeps having issues and their only method of communication is via email / post.
I have sent de-reg forms / refund forms through since March with no assistance. Sort it out and refund my R4560, as i have registered with a stable university.
