HAPPENING AGAIN

I cant believe that this is happening again. We "purchased" your package on the 6th October 2010, but cancelled in the time given.

Holy I cant believe this, After numerous letters, e-mails and eventually legal letters we got a phone call from Lucias (mustang marketing) saying that if we sign a letter from them stating that they would reimburse us the couple of rands that they had debited from our accout for Support (when our software was not even installed) and that if we agreed that they did not have to pay back the R8000.00 that we had paid them the " all outstanding amounts would be dropped.

We did all this in 2010 and thought then that it was all settled, but blow me down we now get a letter today stating that we still owe them about R6000.00. What the is this company doing. Have they got no morals, well obviously not seen the still seem to be up to their old tricks.
