Cancell and refund requested

Good day I would like to cancel my contract, called your office today for cancellation due to the fact that my daughter has not used the books and you have been deducting from my bank account since Nov12 to date and amount of R299 p/month total R1495.00.
I called and asked them to cancel and the lady said I can cancel but I am liable to pay a outstanding amount of /-R2000.00.
I asked her to send me the contract that I signed and she said it was verbal and I should look on the website. I said no and she said she would email me the contract and then called and said she could not.
Verbal is not legal.
I am asking you to cancel this and have my monies reimbursed you are welcome to collect you books.
I will be meeting with my attorneys regarding this matter and my legal standing.
