Pathetic treatment on study material not been sent

My sister in law has been sent from pillar to post regarding the Supply Management study material. She has been calling you guys for three months to no avail. This is preventing her to register and write the Supply Management exam. The book was apparently posted but she did not receive the book. She has been getting promises but your people are not living up to their promises to sort her study material issue out. It takes more than two hours of been transferred from one person to the next.
