We demand a full refund on the course, no books!!!

Well, what a terrible educational centre, we are entering April, and the books are still not all received. I as an employer, have paid for my staff member to further herself, and this is what we get.
We have demanded a full refund, and wallah, still nothing, the registrar and Rector will be contacted via registered mail, with intent to lodge civil claim and loss of income for the year.

The person who has contacted us has done... NOTHING!
