Can't get them to pay back the R 9000 they took

It has been almost more than 3 days since i have send them the request to cancel my product that one of their sales reps sold to me, i was told that i had to make sure there is R150-00 in my account every month for deduction over 60 months. a amount of R 9000-00 was with draw from my credit card, today when i phoned them i was told that wimpy was to busy to take my call. they are fast to take your money but when they have to pay it back they are full of stories.
