EUP1501 Does not provide anything for students

Since I have registered for EUP1501, I have not been able to obtain full
access
to Myunisa study material, it only shows me the information for
assignment 1.
The Pearson website along with MyITLab have been offline for almost
three weeks.
Because of this, I have missed all the assignments so far, except the first one which I
somehow forced the
system to accept through multiple uploads and tons of effort! Since
then, no other assignment has
been able to go through, and when I emailed and phoned many many many
different numbers and email addresses,
I was informed that I was "one of 8000 students who had not yet been
grouped" and that it "wasn't a big deal if my
assignments were not submitted" how does the university operate like this?
It IS a big deal to me, as it reflects poorly on my marks! Not to
mention how unfair this is!
I have seen on other forums where plenty of students are battling with
the same problem, so it is obviously a
huge mistake on UNISA's behalf, and reflects very badly on the
universities reputation!
To date, my multiple (over 100 emails) have only been responded to by generic replies and buck-passing.
What is going to be done to rectify this urgent situation?
