No refund and no material WTH

Highly disgusted with these people that are supposed to be education suppliers!!!
I paid cash R17500 for a course also promised a laptop and modem bundle, i had to wait forever for my study material only to get it when there are 2 weeks left for control tests and assignments due! is been two months and still no laptop or modem. now that i want a refund the say i can either pass my course on to someone els or change the course. Highly irritated and disgusted with Damelin!!! i want my money back and i will never recommend them to anyone else for as long as i live!
