Efusing my refund of R3, 500 since the 28th Jan 20

I paid R3.500 into Brooklyn's account on the 26th Jan 2013 and then asked for a refund on the 28th Jan 2013 and i am still waiting. i am not getting any answers as to when i will get my refund, i have phoned the head office send emails with no joy. in the 1st week of Feb i was told the refund request is with the director who does not even have the decency to write me a email or even a telephone call. the research i got on the website and on emails and telephone calls was legit untill i visited the EL campus and refuse to let my son go to that campus as he would not be safe. the only mistake i made here was to make the payment before visiting the EL campus. i have all my correspondence of my request to these people on emails and would gladly forward it. all i want is my refund. please can you help me.
