No response to aplication

Hie. i applied online last year to study with unisa in 2013. i got a student nimber. i went to their newcastle offices to submit my original copies of which they made copies. i also paid all the money they require and faxed my proof of payment. i did not get anymore response after that until now. i was hoping to get in first semester but registration has closed. i emailed applications and they replied that i have a certificate pending, but the certificate in question i submitted it online and also at their Newcastle office. when i tried to email for what to do next i am not getting any response. please help me, i need to study. my student number is 53085019
