Is there anyone home?!

I've been desperately trying to obtain duplicate N4 & N5 Certificates since March 2012. Contacted Elangeni FET via e-mail, dealt with one Nandipha Zondi & Nokhuthula Dlomo. Was told what was required, money orders to the value of R162 & declarations commissioned by SAPS, copy of ID & if I have it, copies of the required Certificates. All was hand-delivered on 16/10/2012. Follow-up enquiries done on 27/11/2012 & 15/2/2013 - NOTHING!!! Not even the courtesy of a reply on my e-mails. Money Orders expires within 3 months of issue - whose going to refund it to me?! Don't make promises & then don't keep them. Is there anyone out there who can assist me to get these certificates as I believe FET must send it through to IQASA for issue. I'm extremey dissatisfied with the progress - actually, lack thereof & the fact that I'm out of pocket R162 due to someone else's incompetence!
