APPALLING SERVICE BY STAFF

I'm disappointed and appalled by the service rendered by the ladies (Queenith being one of them, we didn't get the other's name) at VAN SCHAIK-Wits Matrix Building.

My daughter went there and asked for a quotation with banking details and they gave her an incomplete document.

When she went back again she got thrown with a document scribbled on, I need a quotation document with the branches's banking details that's all. How difficult can that be.
