Unisa took over 4 weeks to process my registration and it was only fixed when I made an international phone call to find out what the problem is. They have subsequently not registered me for one of my requested subjects, which is a prerequisite for certain level 2 subjects. I decided on my subjects based on the 2013 MyModules brochure, and it seems they have just changed the rules without warning.

I also passed a subject in December 2012 with distinction, and it has been moved to NDP (Non-Degree Purposes) without warning, and is no longer part of my BSc qualification. I am very annoyed by this change, as it was a part of my BSc up until a few days ago and I did not work hard to gain a distinction only to have it relegated to NDP.

I am highly annoyed by Unisa's lack of professionalism and inability to process my registration properly and quickly, especially when I made an immediate payment of over R5000 upon my application! As of now, these errors have not been rectified. As an international student, I decided to put my money and faith into a South African university, but am now saddened and frustrated by my experience with Unisa.
