What a pleasure to deal with NWU staff!

I have had the pleasure of enrolling my sons at NWU this year, and I have not encountered a single staff member who did not go out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. I have singled out Elsa, as the person responsible, as she is a particularly kind person, but all the staff members that I've dealt with were very friendly and efficient. Thanks for being an exception to the rule as far as SA customer service is concerned... Your great attitude is much appreciated
