Terrible service

I registered online for a bachelors in consumer science food n nutrition, i made the full payment as well... registration status said awaiting handling at section... i couldn't get hold of unisa even with there stupid new sms system so i drove to the jhb unisa building n after waiting hours to get attended i get told that because it still pending and its past the last day of registration i now have to wait till april 2 reregister... ahhh how frustrating its not my fault they mess up!!! i don't even understand why it should be pending i already completed a bachelors in humanities through them 2 years back...
