Good day

Can someone please help with my registration for Btech, it has been in progress since the 21 January. I have tried to call Unisa, but each time I call they transfer me to someone else. I need to start studying as soon as possible. I first registered during December and the same thing happened, then on the 21 Jan, i re-registered hoping it will change. but no same thing happened
