Cant get any feedback on registration

I have tried repeatedly to contact UNISA through phone calls, email and sms to verify my registration... they do not answer, reply to emails or sms back. I understand that there may be a lot of people also trying, but surely they need to compensate for the numbers and adjust accordingly, it's absolutely inefficient...
