Experiencing terrible service at Unisa Rissik Street. wrote exams in Oct 2013 recieved results in Dec 2013. I went to register on the 20th Dec 2013 stood in a queue for - 3-4 hours and was told by a consultant that the systems were not updated thus my final result was not reflecting, I was told to come back in the new year or alternatively register online. I returned once again to Unisa Rissik Street today 13/01/2014 stood in a queue for - 4-5 hours and yet again i was told the samething that the systems have not been updated and i was told to come in another day! other students are experiencing the same problem some of them were told that they cannot be helped and should come back in April, I cannot waste 3 months of my life. I have tried making contact electronically as well as telephonically but there is no response whatsoever! This experience at Unisa has been highly frustrating not forgetting costly. trust that you will be able to intervene on my behalf, should i not get any response i will be taking this to the media.
