Terrible service

I am currently studying an ecd course through intec and every module I have had there has been an issue, when ever I call or email the college I never get a response during the time I am told to get one, when I phone and follow up I get an earful from the phone operators there, they never know what they are talking about and always have something inappropriate to say with regards to your issue and then push it through to someone else, this frankly is quite annoying as i can never hand in modules when i want to, at the moment I did not receive a book I need to do an activity, I have emailed them and no response within 72 hours then when I phoned the person I spoke to was so rude and wouldn't help me what so ever. He told me everyone was on holiday but my friend studying the same course emailed a day later and got a response and a phone call the same day.
