Beware of any quotations from Meran Build

Meran Build, a one man construction business in White River owned by Andy Dalrymple, provided us with a detailed (item by item) quotation to build our house, but on collection we were presented with a final bill way in excess of the quotation and for a whole of additional costs which we had never approved. This appeared to be his plan all along, quote low and then charge for items that he didn't include in the quotation. Anybody considering using this builder should be aware of this.
