I attended vega school of branding and found the admin to be terrible! when I enrolled for my first year I was given no advice on the courses or what it entailed and it took them ages to get back to me on anything, eventually I called them only to find that the person, who had been dealing with me and had interviewed me, was no longer working there! I was not notified at all about it and was not sent the registration package even after I had been accepted. I had to physically go in and get them to print it out for me on campus.
they also failed to notify students about most things concerning lectures. they used to use a bulk sms system to notify students about lecture cancelations or things needed for class etc or they'd send emails out. this system fizzled out and a bulk of the notifications are now done through facebook which doesn't seem very professional to me, considering students pay such a great fee to attend this school.
