Worst service

Firstly I would like to give the GM a big compliment to sort out my problem within 10 minutes_ Thank you so much after getting useless and very unfriendly service from James and Jacky i haven't lost all hope in Damelin.
On the day results had to be released 10/12/2013 there was a big mess up and none of the reports where done by 12 o clock. I arranged 2 weeks prior to that that my husband can fetch my report on that day. My husband took a few hours off from work and when he got to damelin at 10 he was told to come back at 12 which he did. They then told him he will need a few hours before results can be issued. I decided to come during my lunch hour to find out what was going on. James assured me that i will get my report asap (which did not happen because after waiting for 45 min i decided to go see the GM) Jacky is a awful person to deal with!!! She was very rude telling me off when i was querying why it was taking so long. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I do regret choosing you guys to help me pursue my goals
