I applied for postgraduate registration on the 6th of December 2012. As of today 02nd February 2013 my application still says in progress. I have emailed student info and they asked me to contact the College of Economic and Management Sciences. I have emailed almost every email address I could find and I have tried calling numerous times. The phones are either engaged or when someone does answer they cut the call. Emails are not responded too either. I have paid my registration fees and all I want to know is if I am registered or not. If not please refund my money and let me find an institution that is willing to help me.
