No feedback on study unit cancellation

I requested cancellation of my study units via myUnisa on 27 January 2013 and to date I have received no feedback. I have also sent various e-mails with forms to econ@unisa.ac.za but receive no feedback at all.
I would like a timely response!
In fact, as a paying student I demand it.
