Unbelievably so when I registered I spoke to a courteous well informed and knowledgeable man. How I wish those are the same kind of people in their call centre. You will not believe it but after having completed my first assignment PoE I called the call centre over 9times it is appauling to know that on three occassions I was told Oh gosh you brrrrreaking upppppp I caaaant hear you and the phone got slammed in my ear.
Twice I spoke to an arrogant man who was chewing in my ear and also cut me off as he didnt understand my ID number. I am a foreign national and that alone should be common sense for them to know that we use passport numbers.
This is my first assisgnment I pay R399 a month for this programme and I am regretting to quit and sign up with another college.
IQ Academy has a story to tell I am just stunned as to what next will unfold in the next month,
I still havent spoken to anyone to confirm reciept of my Poe to 086 729 6138
