Nothing done right

I did a part time computer programming course at the Randburg at the beginning of 2013 college. It started off well and the lecturer was good in his teaching methods. He resigned and the problems started. The next lecturer knew nothing. He gave me videos to study from but they were A videos which is not programming. I was given no assignments so I did my own and handed them in to the lecturer. All my answers in the exam were correct but I was marked down???
The exam was in May and I received my certificate a few weeks backs after constantly calling in and asking for it.
And to top it off, my name is spelled incorrectly on the certificate.
This is really unacceptable. I wanted to register for more courses but do not want to go through this again.
