Overdue feedback, unavailable more than 6 weeks

I'm a first year, aiming for my BCOM Management degree. For reasons that were explained to me, I am only able to start with one subject, this will enable them to gage my academic level and if I meet the requirements after this semester with my marks, I will be able to continue with my other subjects next semester.

After submitting two assessments in September, no detailed feedback has since been given, only my marks (thanks Ruan). Pinkie at the Bellville campus has also been most helpful.

However, we are promised detailed feedback within 4 weeks after submission, it is now 7 weeks later, and I am left having to frequently ask when, when, when.

This issue is casting quite a bit of doubt over feedback on future assessments and the upcoming exam. I really cannot understand how we are to review, if the submitted, marked and detailed feedback on that cannot be made available on a timeous manner.

Two weeks ago I was promised it would be available soon. Last week it was said it would be available this week. Yet, nothing. I am not looking for excuses or promises on another date for availability, I would appreciate the actual material for review please.
