I enrolled end of 2009 for a call centre management diploma course. Experienced problems with paying my billn because of expensive medical bills and was handed over to jarvis jacob and raubenheimer attorneys. I paid my bill in full and lost my bursary as well. I paid over r10500 to the lawyers. After payment I never heard from the academy. I called to enquire bout my diploma and was told to contact thelawyers since old owner sold the academ). Lawyers gave me a number to call and nobody picked up the phone. I emailed this suemari women and dis not get reply. I magaged to get help from graig at the academy. He promised to come back to me and I am still waiting. I need my diplloma or want my monet back
