Breach of contract

In January this year i inquire about there photography course. i have already completed my interior decorating course with them but never received my diploma. (in that regard i have asked for this diploma for over two years)
With the new course I got so irritated with their service and red tape that I e mailed a instruction to not to go ahead with the course. Unfortunately by this time they already had my banking details and started deducting from my account. I contacted the accounts department not only was i send from person to person they were rude and unhelpful. After i tried to stop this debit order for six months and with the help of my bank we eventually stopped it. I am now stalked by intec for the outstanding amount and the way i see it they owe me.
